Refund policy

We totally get it – plans can change. Here’s how our refund policy works for the Banter Boat trip:

• Cancel 30+ days before the trip: You’ll get a 100% refund, no hard feelings.
• Cancel less than 30 days before the trip: We’ll refund 50% of your booking.

Since spots on the Banter Boat are limited and in high demand, we can’t offer refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before departure.
