• Your booking is confirmed once payment is completed.
• Full payment must be made at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

3. Travel and Insurance

• Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to the departure point and securing appropriate travel insurance.
• We strongly recommend insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and kiting activities.

4. Code of Conduct

• The Banter Boat is all about good vibes. We expect all guests to be respectful and kind to fellow travelers, staff, and the environment.
• Inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the trip without a refund.

5. Liability

• While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe trip, participation in kiting and other activities involves inherent risks.
• By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to release the organizers, staff, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses.

6. Trip Modifications

• The itinerary is subject to change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We’ll always prioritize safety and keep you informed.
